Do you know where my Governor is…

Inspired by frogponder.
- We know where Governor Christine Gregoire (D-WA) was today.
- We know what Governor Butch Otter (R-ID) was doing today.
- Heck, we even know what Governor Jennifer Granholm (D-MI) was up to today.
- Funny, Governor Mark Sanford (R-SC) hasn’t tweeted since Monday.
I began wondering what Governor Ted Kulongoski (D-OR) was up to today. Was he hiking the Pacific Coast Trail? Was he negotiating a trade deal with North Korea? I searched Twitter… nothing. I went to his website… no luck.
I found a place where I could send an email; I politely inquired if the Governor posted his daily itinerary. There was a small glimmer of worry that his Chief of Staff would think I was a crazy stalker. So far, the State Police haven’t knocked on my door.
I did get an automated response:

I’ll check out all the usual hiding spots up here. Sometimes we stash people in Mt. St. Helens or on top of the Space Needle or he could be going back and forth on one of the ferries.
